Instructor Bio:

Cherie Soria, commonly referred to as the “mother of gourmet raw cuisine”, is the founder of the prestigious Living Light Culinary Arts Institute. Cherie has been a plant-based chef for over 40 years who's work has been influential in shaping the raw food movement and encouraging people to explore creative and nutritious ways of preparing food without traditional cooking methods. Ms. Soria has authored several books on plant-based, and raw food preparation, served on well recognized boards, and has conducted workshops, classes, and lectures internationally to spread awareness about the benefits of incorporating more raw and plant-based foods into one's diet.
